Cheryl P. Cohan

Cheryl is  is an Anthropologist, Registered Marriage and Family Therapist, Horticultural & Nature Based Therapist,  Program Facilitator and Trainer. 

Cheryl uses a systemic and integrative  approach in Therapy, tailoring treatment to suit individual needs. She works with individuals, families, couples and groups.

Cheryl has more than 20 years experience working with people of all ages and abilities. She specializes in recovery, trauma and helping individuals find their strengths and best self.  She uses an integrative approach that is culturally, spiritually and gender informed. Cheryl is certified in adjunctive approaches that include mindfulness based  stress reduction,  auricular acupuncture, grief and loss, attachment parenting, creative and expressive therapies, trauma informed care and modalities, nutritional healing,  life and end of life coaching.  She is always developing personally and professionally and promises to respectfully walk alongside anyone needing light support or intense treatment.
